Good Afternoon, Thank you for reaching out to us. In order to remove the door on your Primo water bottom load dispenser, please find the removable hinge on the bottom of the unit. You will need a Phillips screwdriver to loosen and remove the pin, once removed, the door will slide down from the upper pin and can be taken off. Please be aware that the upper pin is molded into the dispenser and cannot be replaced. As always, please let us know how we can be of further assistance. Best Regards, José R.
