• All Primo water dispensers are designed to accept most standard 3 - 5 gallon plastic water bottles.

• I own a Primo dispenser and the plastic center piece of the unit that penetrates the bottle neck when loading, is larger than the norm because it pushes out the plastic bottle plug when the bottle completely comes to rest. The small plastic plug floats in the bottle until empty. I wonder if Primo offers a narrower center piece that would prevent this from occurring?
