My printer was fixed within the visit
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy - if I understand it, because I had the same problem - no longer repairs printers. As the price of printers have gone down and are much more affordable, I decided and did purchase a new one which was exactly what I did have prior to my "new" one. The price is affordable and Best Buy has a great plan when you get a new one with the monthly installment plan. You go home with the new printer the same day - providing it is in stock - which it usually is as well.
