“Recently changed internet provider, printer was somehow knocked off a setting somewhere. Copy & fax work, but print reads it's about to, but never does. If I call Best Buy or Geek Squad will someone be able to talk me thru finding that magic setting?”

• I have had very good response from the Geek Squad with my questions. I would suggest you do try them.
