I was told by BestBuy over the phone that they did not fix printers in-store, nor could they help me online with printer problems. The person I spoke with, first an agent and then when I asked for a manager, I spoke to Will - he told me that any printer repair would have to be done in my home. Someone is scheduled to come out and fix my printer on 12/2, but even with your Tech Suppor Plan, now I even have to pay a $49.99 charge for them to come to my home. This is unfair that Best Buy will not fix a printer in their place of business nor did they offer to send it out to be fixed. I am very dissatisfied with Best Buy for this. Whether this printer is fixed or not, I will never purchase anything from you again.
