• How old is the controller if less than one year should be replaced by manufacturer go to Best Buy. If over a year and you bought insurance on the controller go to Best Buy and the manufacturer will ship you a new one. Hope this helps!

• If you bought insurance for your controller . Then take it back and trade it for a new one . Other then that no they won’t fix the controller
