The gaming headphone get connected the the Nintendo Switch not the wireless pro controller.

No you cannot. Not only that, you cannot sync a Bluetooth device to it either. Something Nintendo should think about on future revisions...

Unfortunately no. There is a usb c Bluetooth module that plugs into the bottom of the switch.

No. The only port is for charging. Even if there was a plug that could fit in there with earphones, as that is not its use, you would not be able to hear anything.
