If you ordered Professional Haul Away, the weight is their problem because they brought my new LG washer dryer combo with pedestals and my washer has a "Sidekick" pedestal washer and they brought them to me. I just saw your question. I'm quite sure by now you're enjoying your new fridge minus the the old one. Happy Labor Day!

In other words, you need to make sure the old fridge has an exit route. It would probably help if you noted the weight of the old fridge in your comments on delivery.
