• Hi tombdean, thanks for reaching out! We're finding that this model is only able to be installed to a max ceiling height of 10' 8". This can be found on page 6 of the installation instructions. To meet this 10' 8" height, you can use the following duct cover kit: UXDC53BJTS. We hope that this helps and that you're staying safe. -Michael@GEA
