• No, you have to put some components together like the control panel, seat etc. The main wheel area comes assembled.

• Mostly assembled. The bulk of the assembly is unpacking, unfolding it, and tightening some bolts. The screen and seat also need to be attached with a few screws. I did it myself without disaster, but it would have been much easier and much safer if I had another pair of hands.
