Then you can select your workout type and choose if you want the data fields to change every few seconds or be stationary on one data field, l like distance. Ifit is cool because it will track your progression, but I wouldn't call it a game-changer.

Great question! This rower has a SpaceSaver design with wheels allowing you to fold up the rower and move it as necessary. We do not recommend using the rower outside as moisture and dust can damage the machine and can result in voiding the warranty.
