QuestionIs this machine's HR compatible with garmin watch?

- Answer You can broadcast your heart rate from your watch to the row machine. In the setting of your garmin watch set it to broadcast heart rate during activity. Then press the ifit sync button on the machine. Wait a few seconds and you will see your heart rate displayed on machine. Unfortunately the row machine can not send any data to your watch.

QuestionI have lower back issues, would this Rower cause lower back pain when using?

- Answer Depends on how well you are able to hold your frame upright. I have piriformis, sciatic and lumbar spine subluxation and have no issues if my form is good. I am extremely out of shape so I stay very aware of my posture. The instruction from the iFit coach reminds you not to curl your back and this is very helpful. Good luck!

QuestionWhat is the max inseam for this? I am short (5'2") and was advised that I need to buy a machine with a shorter inseam to be in proper position. Thank you!

- Answer BeginningRower Rowers inseams (leg reach) can adjust very easily. The seat slides with the use of the machine. A shorter-legged person simply would not slide the seat back as far as a longer-legged person. This machine’s seat slides forward and back approximately 34.3” from the farthest forward possible (about 10-12” from the footrest) to the farthest back. - Answer Not sure, but this will probably only work if you can get the ifit app on the smart tv, and It will only connect to a smart device through Bluetooth.

- Answer No tablet is provided. I have used my android phone, ipad and My samsung tablet. The rower's display shows alot of information regarding your rowing. If you want to use iFit then and only then do you need a tablet or phone or whatever.

Questionis there a trick to putting your tablet (specifically iPadPro 11”) into the tablet holder? While it fits, no matter which way I put it, the clamp presses the volume buttons, turning up and down the volume non-stop. Literally non-stop. Can’t be good.

- Answer I don’t have this trouble with my iPad Pro 11… but it’s in a smart cover style case, so that could be a factor. I do have to slide it into the rower’s holder from the side (instead of just putting it straight in).
