BeginningRower Rowers inseams (leg reach) can adjust very easily. The seat slides with the use of the machine. A shorter-legged person simply would not slide the seat back as far as a longer-legged person. This machine’s seat slides forward and back approximately 34.3” from the farthest forward possible (about 10-12” from the footrest) to the farthest back.
