The rower's display will start as soon as you start rowing. Then you can select your workout type and choose if you want the data fields to change every few seconds or be stationary on one data field, l like distance. Ifit is cool because it will track your progression, but I wouldn't call it a game-changer.

Please try again later.Rick No worries. iFIT is not required, so you can opt out and still use the machine in manual mode, which provides a limited handful of onboard iFIT workouts. We recommend the membership to access the full library of resources. However, yes, manual mode still allows you to burn calories and time your workouts. You can read more about manual mode in the user manual. When you power the machine on, you have the option to sign in or continue without signing in. Manual mode is selected in the top right hand corner of the touchscreen in our newer models. Some older models will power on into a manual mode.
