“What’s the distance from floor to paddle.. my ceiling is 90”. Do want to make sure, it’s sufficient to use this machine”

Asif Step-up height for this machine is approximately 12.25” and the stride length is 17.5-18.7”. When the stepper is at its highest, it’s more like 19-20” from the floor, but at that height, the knee should become bent. With a 90” ceiling height, we’d approximate the user height shouldn’t exceed 5’8”. A 6’ user may end up hitting the ceiling while using this equipment.
