Yes, the iFIT one year membership has many programs from beginner level and more. Or you can just do the manual. I have only had the treadmill for about 3 weeks and been using a couple of the iFIT programs. It’s great so far. Hope this help.

While browsing the library, you can filter to see only beginner level workouts. One of the favorite beginner level hikes is a fifteen minute walk on a beautiful trail in Big Sky, Montana.
