“I just got my treadmill outta the box today and after assembled it, we found out that the lock key came with it doesn't fit the machine, what can I do? Please help!”

Any update to this question? We just bought ours today and are having the same problem with the safety key. Will they send you the correct one?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure it will work, but try reversing the sides of the key when you insert it. This sounds simple, but I too had trouble initially, but reversing the sides seemed to work for me, even though the sides look identical.
