A:AnswerThe step up height from the floor to the top of the treadmill deck at 0% incline is 7.43 inches. Keep in mind that the deck goes up the higher the incline. This unit inclines from 0-12%.
A:AnswerYes, but you can't connect with Bluetooth other than to a heart rate monitor. You can however physically plug into the auxiliary jack to listen to your music using the speakers on the treadmill.
A:AnswerYes - with conditions.
1- You definitely don’t want moisture blowing in on any electronics. This has a power cord, the electric motor and more electronics on the control panel.
2- I wouldn’t want to have the sun shining on it ever. The sun seems to accelerate the degradation of plastics and rubber. Maybe you’ll avoid this by diligently placing a quality cover over it after each use.
3. You would never want any rodents such as mice to ever gain access to the area where the motor is. Mice would likely end up chewing on the wiring.
* I’ve owned three Pro-form treadmills during the past 25 years and always (knock on wood) had good luck with each upgrade. My four children (when they were in the home) and wife used each machine a lot.

A:AnswerIt has a heart beat reader yes but I've noticed it doesn't seem that accurate. It gives good ball park but a fitness watch would be more accurate.
