Check with Best Buy. I believe they can do it. I'm responding from the manufacturer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We had ours scheduled by Best Buy (local store) to be delivered and assembled. We waited their 8 hour time window for our delivery and they never showed up or called. We scheduled another delivery (8 hr time window) and the same thing happened! We wasted 16 hours of our time waiting for someone who was never showing up in the first place! We ended up having to go to the store and pick up the very heavy treadmill ourselves and bring it home, take it upstairs and assemble it! We could have just ordered online ourselves, rather than go through our "In Home Advisor" (which is another huge disappointment/bad service) however had we ordered it ourselves it would have at least been delivered to our doorstep! I also called on the phone, prior to our picking it up ourselves, with the Geek Squad for 2 hours after the 2nd delivery never showed up and he couldn't get it straightened out either. He suggested we go to the Best Buy store and talk to the Manager which I did who still wasn't able to get it delivered for another 2 weeks. That means our treadmill would have been sitting in their store for a month before we would get it, if we ever got it. And that delivery would have been another 2 weeks! I told him I did not want the same delivery company involved but he couldn't guarantee it. There was no way we were waiting another 2 weeks, and another 8 hours of our time for noone to show up or even call. The service was terrible. Noone could resolve it and it was extremely heavy and difficult for us to get it where we needed it. Good luck! I hope you don't have the same problem.
