“What happen if don't want to use the machine with the Ifit? Works without?”

• You can use the machine in manual mode. Just go into the main screen , the manual start button is on the upper right. Just tap it and your in manual mode. We were skeptical about using the i fit workouts but both my wife and I love them. Lots of choices at any fitness level. We are both in our 70s and use them all the time. I just did a midtown walking tour of NYC pace 2.5 mph for 1.5 miles. All you need is wi fi.
