Smg When you have no iFIT subscription, there’s a link you can select at the top right corner of the touchscreen that says Manual Mode. Selecting this will give you the ability to see the iFIT library of workouts, but most of them will be locked without a subscription. You will have access in manual mode to select a small variety of stellar workouts within the library that are unlocked for your use. They may change periodically.
