“How much installation/set up is needed? I was going to get installation, however, it is not available in my area, just delivery. The last Proform Walker I bought a long time ago seemed to be pretty much assembled, just folded the walking area down.”

In my many years of assembling things, this has been the worst, by far. Heavy pieces, many screws are hard to get in, etc. And in my case, they gave me a faulty part and the replacement part they're sending won't be back in stock until godknowswhen.
