I’m fairly strong - this treadmill replaced similar proform I had - which only belt folded up - this one is not split - must raise entire bottom - can just about manage- dangerous holding & trying to position bar holder-thinking might have to leave open for safety

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Jimmy This treadmill doesn't have a lift assist gas spring. Instructions for this simple process are found in the user manual, page 27. To raise the frame, you pull the latch knob and raise the frame past the latch pin, slowly releasing the latch knob to rest it against the latch pin. To lower, you pull the latch knob and lower the platform past the latch pin, release the knob and lower the frame to the floor without dropping. We advise to keep your back straight.
