“Can I purchase just a battery cover? Last post by a customer ago had same issues, agree it seems to be a design flaw. Would prefer to continue using my existing one than throwing it away into landfill, wanting to be environmentally conscious.”

They used to send replacement covers. Based on today’s (04/10/24) email from them, they no longer do. They know it’s a design flaw but they’ve made a corporate decision that getting customers to replacements is better for their bottom line
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You don't have to, when my batter cover broke I contacted Qardio Customer Service for replacement battery cap for my QardioArm, they sent me the replacement cap within a few weeks, no charge at all.
