Hi pls note all Bluetooth speakers are a Bluetooth receiver, they are not an emitter or sender. if your TV is an emitter, then, yes you can pair it with the speaker. you must refer to the user manual of your TV and follow the instruction of the TV. if the TV is a just receiver, then you cannot pair two receivertogether. thx
