It took some tweaking to see which setting is appropriate for my pain. I do have bunions and nerve pain and found it to relieve this pain and also the pain in my legs and lower back. I also suffer from carpal tunnel but I can't be sure of its relief there. My carpal bothers me more during bedtime. I don't really wear the device at bedtime.
