If stimulation is too strong, you can re-calibrate your device within the app, or manually on the device by holding down the button until you see a waterfall pattern appear with the lights. You will follow the same calibration process that you did during setup. You can also adjust the intensity during therapy within the app, or by clicking the button on the device.
