Leave on charger for 72 hrs don’t touch it so it can “memorize” the battery life.

Please try again later.For safety reasons, the Elite Strap with battery must verify the headset is not on your head to fully charge to 100%, and it can only do this if it is plugged into your headset. To fully charge an Elite Strap with battery, ensure it is plugged into your Quest 3, not on your head, and connected to a power adapter that is 18W or higher.
