“I'm looking for a Link Cable that will work with the Meta Quest 3 Elite Strap with battery. I have tried a couple of different ones and they do not charge the battery or my computer doesn't recognize it.”

In my research, the Elite Strap with Battery doesn't have data pass through functionality, just like with the Quest 2 and its version. Basically, your options are to unplug the battery and use the Link Cable, or use AirLink.
