• It will update your current application and nothing will be lost. As always, it is smart to back up your files first. Make your purchase from Best Buy, then take the code ID to the Quicken web site to complete your update.

• Do a complete backup, install the program and then restore your backup. You wont lose anything. I've been using quicken since 99 and I still have all of my info from back then.
