Yes, however you can not assign it a password. If you do Quicken will require you purchase another subscription.

Yes you can create as many different files as you need. (Create a file for each person)

Each Quicken subscription is tied to a specific Quicken user ID. While the same user ID can be used on multiple devices, there are not multiple user ID's with each subscription. Thanks.
