• Yes. If you've already purchased your Quicken product, you can contact Quicken to get a backup disc if you'd like - www.quicken.com/support.

• I believe Quicken software is actually downloadable from their support service, though this box appears to include a CD. You could make a CD from that, or copy this CD -- I don't think there's any copy protection, just the subscription mechanism.
