• The first set is free but after that its $5 every 3 months for the brush heads and a battery

• You MUST subscribe to a refill plan (even if you don't want it) THEN, you can receive the FREE refill. Waste of time for me since I didn't want a subscription plan to begin with.

• I received one free replacement but after that you have to pay for it.
