• They do send a physical box case however it does not contain a DVD-ROM, you have to redeem a Steam code / Bethesda game app and download the huge file online.

• It is a Bethesda Launcher key printed on a DVD shaped piece of cardboard. No physical disc at all

• You get a box with a Digital code inside of it.

• Last time I bought a PC game from best buy, the boxed copy had a code inside to download it on Blizzard. It was cod bo4 for but I'm not sure if this is Steam, Bethesda or an Epic code.
