They can translate written text, I cannot speak to the accuracy. They cannot translate spoken word as far as I am aware.

With live translation, you can understand speech or listen to audio in French, Italian, Spanish or English. In a conversation, your response is translated for another person to read in the Meta AI mobile app. You can also start live translation by saying, "Hey Meta, start live translation".
