A:AnswerHey there
Great question!
The main differences between the Gen 1 and the Gen 2 are extended battery life from 4 hours approx for the Gen 1 and 8 hours approx.
The Gen 2 also boasts improved 3K Ultra HD video recording (vs. 1080p), louder speakers with richer bass.

A:AnswerHello there,
Great question. Yes, the Wayfarer (Gen 2) smart glasses are water-resistant with an IPX4 rating, meaning they are protected from splashes and light rain. However, they are not fully waterproof and should not be submerged in water, as this can cause damage. The charging case is not water-resistant and should be kept dry.
Thanks for reaching out.
A:AnswerHello there floridayjay!
Thank you for asking such an interesting question, we would like to answer for you.
Some of the wayfarer lenses are polarized, however we would recommend checking the description of the glasses and checking if it says they are polarized.
If they don't say that the lenses are polarized them please beware that they are most likely not.
we hope this helps to answer your questions.
A:AnswerNo both glasses and EarPods are accessories to connect to a smart phone. And I’m not sure what you mean none conducted but they are built into the side frame of th arm and will be facing the ear. So you wouldn’t need AirPods or headphones, unless you absolutely want to have them on as well.
A:AnswerYou don't have to pay anything extra once you buy the glasses. There's no monthly fees or subscription service to use the glasses, even if you get the Meta AI app
A:AnswerIf you have a transitional lens like graphite for example then yes, they will. But if it’s just a clear lens, then it’ll still be clear if you step outside
A:AnswerHi there,
We're thrilled to hear that you are interested in the new Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer (Gen 2). The Transition lenses would seamlessly darken in response to the light in your environment and also lighten again when the UV light is no longer present.
We hope you find this helpful and we can't wait to see you with your new shades!
A:Answer"i am a little confused. so you are saying thatbi can purchase these glasses and take them to the optician and put on my reading lenses and to see near lenses on these meta and ivwill still have the features the glasses come with. please ket me know. i wear glasses

A:AnswerBeware! No, you can NOT live stream with the gen2. They have removed this feature from the gen2. It is still available on gen1. Some sources cited battery overheating issues as the decision to remove the live stream feature and there is no good workaround for it.
