Thank you so much for showing interes in the Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer (Gen 1). We want you to have the best possible experience, so we'd love to lend a hand with the issue you are facing of the glasses not connecting to the Meta AI app.
Please follow these steps:
- Make sure the glasses are charged, turned on, and placed in case. Charge glasses for at least one hour until the LED is green.
- Make sure the Meta AI app is up to date.
- If connecting to other apps, such as Meta FoA, music providers, or fitness apps, make sure those apps are up to date.
- Make sure device firmware is up to date.
- Slide power switch to the on position and check for flashing white indicator LED.
- If the LED is continuously blinking white, force restart the glasses.
- Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case for five seconds until the case LED pulses blue.
- Check whether the glasses appear in the phone's Bluetooth settings. If they do, forget the device in Bluetooth settings and pair again.
- Delete and reinstall the Meta AI App.

A:AnswerI didn't get a chance to translate a different language spoken, but signs and stuff that was written I was able to translate. I visited Germany, Austria & Budapest and they worked great to translate.
A:AnswerIf you purchase them from Rayban or vision center you can order them with prescription lens. Otherwise, you can easily purchase replacement and or prescription lens from a third party dispensary. You will need a current valid prescription. The replacement lens will arrive by mail when ordered online.
