BlackShark V2 Pro is much better than the Nari Ultimate in all aspects...aside from lack of RGB and the haptic technology (AKA Force Feedback). In fact, the BlackShark V2 Pro is even more comfortable...and you have more control over the adjustment of the fit to your head and ears. Though, the Nari Ultimate is a really nice headset.

The directional sound, especially with Razer Synapse, is fully customizable, awesome, and powerful. However, I do not know if the software is on the PS5 or the XBox yet.

The Nari is kind of lying when it comes to the natural sound, the surround on this is a lot more natural and clear.
