Yes it is. The audio is fantastic on all platforms.

Sadly no, most of the magic happens on Synapse and its only available on PC. In my opinion if you want to rock these on a console i would recommend the cheaper non wireless V2 or V2x. The offer the same build and sound quality but as i said the sound is better when paired with synapse for EQ and enabling 7.1

Yes. Audio should still be great with its built-in Razer™ TriForce Titanium 50mm drivers and with the options to use the mute and volume buttons/nozzles on the headset, you can toggle on the audio settings to get the desired audio balance when connected on the XBox.
