• Plug it into the 3.5 Jack on the controller or if you have the official Xbox or Turtle Beach adapter you can plug it in via that and it will work. I personally run it via my turtle beach adapter.

• The headset does t work with Xbox at all , even though Best Buy says so , the box doesn’t

• It works wired via the 3.5 mm headphone connection, but not wirelessly with the Xbox Series X/S.
