“This is not that great. The fans make a high pitch whine. The screen isn’t blow me away quality. I have never heard fans like this on any other. Apple. ASUS. Dell etc I have used have no issues with high pitch fan noise. Razer has a very bad design here.”

This is my 3rd Razer laptop and they all have been loud. It is the design of the fans. As for the new laptop, this PC has the new RTX 4090 and the updated CPU are heat generators therefore the higher fan speeds and noise. But, the Razer app controls everything on this PC and the fan speed can be throttled down, but you may loose some of high end capability of the Nvidia RTX 4090 card. I have gotten used to the fans. As for the display, it is significantly better than my 17” Razor with the RTX 2080 video card. But the display is a little “softer” than the new Apple PC’’s with the M2 processors.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The design is not the issue. You are comparing high performance gaming laptop with just normal laptops. The GPU has dedicated fans that needs to run in order to cool down. Most gaming laptops will have loud fans
