• The easiest way to send the digital code would be to order it online, then when you receive the email with the digital code, just forward that email to the person for whom you are purchasing it. You can buy physical Xbox gift cards from any Best Buy store.

• Once you get the email back, it includes an option to email it directly to anyone. Yes, they do carry the physical card in-store as well, my store has them right upfront near the cash register.

• I have only found them at Walmart. Best Buy does not have physical cards

• Depends on where you live. I live in Northern Illinois. I have been to Walmart and Walgreens and have yet to find one there. I don't have a CVS near by me.
