• You Have to scratch them carefully. But I would stick with Best buy for most everything. Them scratch offs are TRICKY. So be careful in The future And read That FINE PRINT.

• eBay has done right by me on a couple occasions. Maybe they've changed? I'm sorry for your bad experience. may I suggest Best Buy. Excellent customer service.
