“I purchased this gift card HOURS ago and haven’t even received an update or anything other than order confirmation email! I thought it was only supposed to take up to 30 mins to send via email??? Why do I still not have my card???”

• Same problem I am having. I just spent over two hours with customer support trying to resolve this same issue. Have an ACTUAL RECEIPT of the order with the ACTUAL ORDER NUMBER. No E-Gift Card after more than 24 hours. Dealing with their customer support is maddening. They all just say there's no record of the E-Gift Card in the system and hang up on you. No accountability.

• I’ve had this happen before, your best option is to just do the customer service chat and they will either help get it sent to you or refund the money.
