• I can only speak to the fabric one, it is foam, with a metal or plastic back to it. Very strong and supportive. Sitting in mine right now, comfy!

• Synth leather with a steel plate.

• It is the same synth leather grain as the seat and back of the chair, but with additional stitching. The head pillow it comes with is a soft fabric that is different from the rest of the chair.
