Is the light a full spectrum LED? null

I don't think they have any specs listed about the light, though reviews (particularly the Wirecutter) mention the natural look the light lends to all subjects. My own experience is that it's a decent light that I use sometimes, but is not required for most uses unless you are in an unlit room. Turning it on or off is as simple as rotating the outer ring when the camera is in use. Hope that helps.
