Please try again later.The headset plugs in via a USB, so as long as you have an available USB port on your PC it will work with windows 10, works fine with skype also, just make sure to set it as your primary recording device in settings! I'm not aware of any promos as that's Razer's side of things. As for a side-by-side of the Kraken vs the MS Live Chat's the Kraken will win 10 times out of 10. It has much higher sound quality, microphone quality, and it's made out of very well made materials.
