• I got some lame Retardant Indoor Outdoor High Temperature Resistance Electric Tape just taped up the places it seems to like to try to put a creak in the wire... works like a charm! Wires will be wires lol

• Unfortunately, you would have to unplug your headphones once in a while to untangle the cable, as it is a thing that needs to be done once a while. These is no way to stop the tangling effectively.
