• Pretty sure your mic won't pick up the noise. I have people talking and yelling across the room and my mic doesn't pick up anything. I highly recommend these headsets.

• Not out of the box. You can enable it, but its via the listen feature in windows.. although you hear more of yourself than your surroundings.

• Yes. It has mic monitoring which you can turn on if you want to be able to hear how loud you're speaking while in-game.
