Read the owners manual, and make sure the microphone is facing the correct direction. Also the headset should work plugged into the USB A port on the console. As for eco, check to make sure everything is plugged in proper, and make sure you dont have a monitoring sidetone enabled. Also having the headset at high volumes might cause a issue. Good luck!
